Refund Policy

You have 60 full days from the date of your purchase to try Alpha Stream Plus and decide if it's right for you. Like many of our satisfied customers, we hope you'll love the results and become a regular user. We encourage you to use the product consistently for several weeks before requesting a refund - supplements often take time to show full results. That said, if you're not satisfied with your experience, requesting a refund is quick and simple.

1. Confirm You're Within the 60-Day Guarantee

Check that you're still within 60 days of your order date. You can confirm this by checking your order confirmation email or your shipment notice.

2. Contact Us First

Email us at [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. This ensures your request is handled promptly by the correct team.

3. Return Your Bottles

Send all bottles - opened or unopened - to the returns address below. You are responsible for return postage (a return label is not provided). To speed up your refund, please email us the tracking number for your return shipment.

Include a note inside the return package with the following details:

- Your full name

- Your order number

- The email address used for the purchase

Refund Timeline
